Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box along with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
